Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through EDU SUPPLY, operated by EASEL PRESCHOOL.

We do not accept returns of any items, nor do we provide replacements or refunds. All sales are final.

Reason: The books and products you order may come with customized printing tailored to each associate’s specifications. Because each item is made-to-order and personalized, it is not reusable and cannot be restocked for resale.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that you will not be entitled to any refund, return, or replacement under any circumstances.

International Payments

EDU SUPPLY may accept international payments from customers outside India. International customers are responsible for ensuring that the product, service, and payment are permitted under the laws and regulations of their country.

Any international transaction fees, currency conversion charges, bank charges, card charges, taxes, duties, or other applicable charges are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

Refunds will not be provided for international payment issues, currency conversion differences, payment gateway charges, or bank processing charges.

Order Confirmation

Customers are requested to verify all order details, customization details, shipping information, and payment information before completing the purchase.

If you have questions about the customization process, international payment process, or the final product before ordering, please contact us for clarification. Once printing or order processing has begun, changes cannot be accommodated.
